Resort World Sentosa Casino & Theme Park

Singapore opened the first of two casino resorts Sunday 14 Feb 2010 (first day of the Lunar New Year), part of a multi-billion dollar bet to transform itself into a hot tourist destination and reduce the economy’s reliance on manufacturing.

Singaporeans and PRs getting into the casino will have to pay the S$100 levy, while forigner and tourist gets in for free

Getting to Sentosa

You may left your vehicle behind and hop on to the various modes of public transport to get to this Asia’s Favourite Playground.

Sentosa Express (Train/MRT)

From MRT (North east line) HarbourFront station, walk to VivoCity and take escalator or lift up to the Sentosa Station at Lobby L, level 3 (near Daiso Departmental Stores). The express (Train) will stop at Impiah Station, Beach Station, as well as the newly opened Waterfront Station (Casino & Theme Park). Tickets can be purchased from the ticketing counters or machines, EZ-link card can be used for the ride as well. Ticket cost S$3 per person (adult/child).

RWS8 Shuttle Bus

Bourd the RWS8 shuttle bus at the bus stop outside VivoCity or HarbourFront Centre. This shuttle service will bring you directly into Resort World Sentosa. Tickets for shuttle service can be purchased when boarding the bus, cost at S$2 per person (adult/child).

Sentosa Bus

Head towards the HarbourFront Bus Interchange, right beside Seah Im Food Centre, to board the orange Sentosa Bus. The Sentosa Bus will bring you to the Beach Station. You can purchase your island admission tickets from the ticketing couter at the bus interchange, cost at S$2 per person (adult/child)

Casino Dress Code

People in singlets, shorts and slipper are not allowed to enter the casino.
